I had the privledge of knowing Dr. Pullo 4+ years at ESU. Beyond the classroom, he invited me on weekly runs with his fellow faculty, and Sunday long runs followed by breakfast in downtown Stroudsburg. I appreciated his humor, candidness and support throughout my journey at ESU. My blessings to his family.

I continue to think of Frank each morning when I walk our dog. I have thought about how Frank would have been excited about the great season for Penn State football and them being in the national title playoff tournament. I will always miss Frank a wonderful friend and person.

So very saddened to see and read this obituary.
Sincerest sympathy to Frank´s family.
Frank was always the most sincere and respectful of men.
My parents were always delighted to see and chat with him. He never failed to stop at their house when he was out on one of his walks with his dog.
He led an accomplished life and was loved by all.
I can bet he and Uncle Frank are now together running and biking.
May he rest in peace with all his Pullo family who have gone before him.
Sincerely with Prayers,
