My memories of Frank are that he was kind. Thoughtful. Nice. Decent. I remember that everybody liked him. Rest in peace Frankie Roe.

Frankie was my best child hood friend, I always remember his laugh, that grin of his, all the trouble we got into, we drank together for the first time, he always had my back, and I his, he was my first true friend.. I have never forgotten Frank . My deepest condolences too all the Roes, much love
