Frank Spicer, born on August 1, 1956, peacefully entered into eternal rest on September 9,
2025.
Frank was a devoted husband, step-father, cousin, son, brother, and friend. He will be
deeply missed by all who knew him. Known for his warm spirit and his wonderful gift of
caring, Frank touched the lives of many with kindness and compassion.
A proud veteran, Frank honorably served his country in the military. He was a God-fearing
man whose faith guided his life and relationships. His greatest joy was being a loving and
dedicated husband.
He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife, Teresa Spicer; his stepson, Kelvin
Williams, his stepdaughter, Shemeka Williams, along with a host of family members and
friends.
Frank will always be remembered as a quiet, sweet, and joyful soul whose presence brought
comfort and peace to those around him.
