Frank R. White

Frank R. White, Sr., 90, of Plainfield, passed away February 9, 2026, at Villa Maria Convalescent Home. He was the loving husband of the late Patricia (Bliven) White. . Born in Fall River, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late George P. White and Beatrice (Galvo) White.

Frank was a proud member of Laborers Union 547, joining in 1959. He worked as the foreman for the Millstone Power Plant. He served as the president for a number of years before becoming the assistant business manager. Frank then was the business manager for the union for 10 years until his retirement in 2005.

Frank was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. He was also a motorcycle enthusiast. At age 71, travel Route 66.

Frank is survived by his children Frank (Beth) White Jr., Gary White, Christopher (Penny) White (Penny), and Vicki (James) Deveau; his sister Mary White; his grandchildren, Angela, Katie, James, Tammi, Christopher, Billy, Alexandrea, Jessica, Stephanie, Joseph, Rachael, and Ashe; 14 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.

In addition to his wife, Frank was predeceased by his son, George White; his three brothers, Peter White, Robert White, and Thomas White; and a great-grandchild.
