In loving Memory
Frank Woods Jr.
Frank Woods Jr., 73, of Clyde, passed away on Monday, May 26, 2025.
A native of Haywood County, he was born on August 16, 1951, to the late Effie Gibson and William Frank Woods. Frank was preceded in death by his first wife, Joy Derrick Woods, and his second wife Mary Theresa Woods. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Charles Woods, Ray Woods, and Billy Woods; and his sisters, Leona Hedden, Ruby Hensley, Ethel Lanning, Pauline Nash, Faye Plowman, and Betty McClure.
Throughout his life, Frank found joy in the simple pleasures, whether it was boating and fishing at the lake, cheering on his favorite baseball team, the Atlanta Braves, and dedicating his time to working on automobiles or home improvement projects. A devoted fan of racing in all its forms, Frank lived life with a true passion for the things he loved.
Left to cherish his memories are his son, Steven Woods (Kara), his grandson, Justin Woods (Kennedy); step grandsons, Seth Hardin (Aryn) and Logan Hardin; his great-grandchildren, Delaney Hardin, Alara Hardin, and one on the way, Baby Woods. He is also survived by his siblings, Franki Jean Rodriguez and Carl Woods.
In honor of Frank's wishes, the family will hold a private service at a later date.
