Frankie Arl Belzer Jr.

Frankie Arl Belzer, Jr. was born March 17, 1944, in Jacksonville Beach, FL. He passed away on April 3, 2025, in Blountstown, at 81. He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen, his father, Frankie Sr, and his sister, Glynlea. He is survived by his wife Priscilla; sons, Frankie III (Amy), Darin (Valda), and Michael (Virginia); grandchild, Samantha Blivess (Austin); siblings, Wayne, Madelyn, Montene; and many nieces and nephews. Frank was a beloved member of the Blountstown Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. For decades, he shepherded a small congregation that he recently saw grow to over 70 members. Frank was known to be a loving and kind elder who deeply cared for his family and the congregation. His warm demeanor, wisdom, and deep care for close friends made him loved by many… all who look forward to the fulfillment of Jesus' words when, "All those in the Memorial Tombs will hear his voice… in the resurrection". There will be a small gathering for the immediate family only, but cards are greatly appreciated.Arrangements are under the direction of Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown, FL.
