Frankie was born April 1, 1952 in Odessa, TX to the union of the late Jessie Harris, Jr. and the late Mary Lou Oliver Harris, and passed from this life on August 27, 2025, at his home in Wisner.
Frankie was loved by everyone, he enjoyed spending his time riding horses and going on trailrides.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Henry Harris; and one sister, Christine Harris.
Those left to cherish his memory include his five children: Frankie Lee "Dub" Harris, Jr, Jenny Harris Beach and husband Jay, Shane Harris, Rusty Lee Harris, and Christy Harris; three step children: Tammy Fleetwood, Candy Jones, and Billy Joe Jones; three sisters: Darlene Crain, Bonnie Hutto, and Kathy Miles; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives, and many friends.
