Funeral services for Edward D. Clark, 82, of Winnsboro will be 2pm Saturday August 23, 2025, in the chapel of Dennard First National Funeral Home with Rev. Matthew Hutto, Rev. Timothy Parker, and Rev. Ronnie Wesberry officiating. Interment will follow in Providence Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be 12 noon until time of service at the funeral home.

Edward was born September 5, 1942, to the union of the late Izzie Dore Clark and the late Lizzie Dunaway Clark and passed from this life on August 20, 2025, at Legacy Nursing Center in Winnsboro.

Mr. Clark was a mechanic by trade. He was very energetic; enjoyed spending time with his family especially his grandchildren, being outdoors, squirrel hunting and fishing.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Bobbie Nell Clark; his son, Eddie Joe Clark; his brother, James Monroe Clark, and two sisters: Nancy Nettles and Sadie Chapman.

Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Tina Hutto and husband Phillip; six grandchildren: Chasity Parker, Matthew Hutto and wife Amber, Mindy Massey and husband Keith, Jessica Redd, Crystal Clark, and Joseph Edward Clark; a host of great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Bryan "A.J." Collinson, Jeremy Daniels, Lil Dale Daniels, Tim Jones Jr, Keith Massey, and Kyler Parker.

Honorary pallbearers will be Arnold Massey and William Sikes.
