Franklin ''Frank'' A. Napolitano, 87 of Arden Heights, passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at Staten Island University Hospital North after a short illness.
Born Thursday, December 23, 1937 in Bronx, New York, he was the son of the late Dominic Napolitano and the late Margret Narducci Napolitano.
Loving husband of the late Kathleen Napolitano (2014).
Loving father of Susan (Roselli) Rualo, Margaret Bongiovanni, and Theresa Asperti.
Dear father in law of Calogero Bongiovanni, and the late Lenny Roselli
Cherished grandfather of Dominic (Josie) Rualo, Avelina (Patrick) Rualo, and Gaetano Bongiovanni, and doting great grandfather of Dominic Rualo Jr.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:00 AM on Friday at Holy Child Church located at 4747 Amboy Rd Staten Island, New York 10312. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at The John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd. (at Eltingville Station), Staten Island, New York.
