Cardo served the community by empowering others to go for their dreams, seek happiness, reminding us all to not let failures hold you down, but use them as motivation to keep going. Cardo worked for Toyota Manufacturing Company for over 10+ years and an active member of the Car Community. His artistic style, charm, and gentleness will be greatly missed.
Ricardo was preceded in death by his mother, Margarette Candio; Father, Fritz Augustin; and brother, Thony Roy.
Cardo leaves behind his beautiful wife, Devona Augustin. His 4 children; Jalin, LaSasha, Israel, Trinity & bonus children whom he cared for. His siblings: Jeannie (Terrance), Stanley, Thanya, & Vanessa. He also leaves a large group of nieces, nephews, cousins, grandparents, aunts, uncles and a support system of friends.
In Cardo's words, "Keep going forward no matter if it fails. Keep going, expect adversity, but go forward anyway."
A Cars & Coffee time will start on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at 8:00am at Southland Christian Church, 5001 Harrodsburg Road, Nicholasville, KY 40356, the visitation will be 11:00am-1:00pm with a funeral service to follow at 1:00pm officiated by Rev. Dr. Nathl L. Moore. After the service there will be a reception at the Richmond Road location of Southland Christian Church, 2349 Richmond Road, Lexington, KY 40502. Friends and family are encouraged to leave memories and words of comfort here on his memorial page.

Cardo was a very kind and down to earth person he will be missed! My son loved his black panther Charger. Cardo wrapped my hood on my car even though since I have changed it i still have my fuel lid that he wrapped. It was a fun experience that day I wont forget he was so kind and funny truly one of a kind!

My heart is deeply saddened by the loss of my beloved nephew. He was one of my favorites, and his memory will always remain close to me. I will cherish the moments we shared, his laughter, and the love he gave so freely. Though he is gone too soon, his light will continue to shine in my heart forever. May his soul rest in peace, and may our family find comfort in the love he left behind.
Cardo, our family misses you more than words can ever express. Your laughter, your kindness, and the joy you brought into our lives remain forever in our hearts. Though you are no longer with us, your spirit continues to live on in every memory, every smile, and every story we share about you. Life feels incomplete without you, but we hold on to the love you left behind. Until we meet again in Heaven, dear nephew, you will always be remembered, always cherished, and always missed.

I'm really gonna miss you man. Even though I hadn't seen you much in the past few months, it was always a good time and good conversation when we got together.
I really can't describe how much it hurts me to know that I won't be seeing or talking to you again, at least in this life. To watch you chase your dreams. To support you as only we could support each other, due to what we had in common in the car community.
I never heard a negative word come out of your mouth, even though there were many that came your way at times. You always kept your head up no matter what, and even though I'm older than you, you were an inspiration.
I'm gonna miss you man.

Wow! It seems so unreal. But I know God had other plans. I will never forget our talks on the line and you making shirts for my birthday trip and also painting my mother´s rocking chair. You will be missed. God has his arms around your wife and children. Rest in Heaven friend.
