Fred Argabright Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Midwest Cremation & Funeral Services, LLC - Springfield on May 25, 2022.
Fred Earl Argabright
April 4th, 1945-May 11th, 2022
Born to Robert Argabright and Lottie Mae Basaker, Fred grew up in Blanchard, Iowa along with his older sister, Carolyn. He graduated from Page County High School in 1963.
From 1965 until his retirement in 2001, he proudly worked for United Airlines as a baggage handler.
December 12th, 1981, he married the love of his life, Lynette. They were happily married for 41 beautiful years with a blended family.
Fred was an avid hunter and fisherman. He traveled the United States with his friends, hunting deer and pheasant and fishing countless lakes and rivers for walleye, catfish, and trout.
Fred was a pillar in his family teaching his children and grandchildren valuable lessons, what a strong work ethic looked like and giving unsolicited lectures on what he truly thought about any given subject.
His family has countless memories camping, boating, fishing, barbecues, and fish fries. While he had a very powerful, strong voice and stature, his unwavering and unconditional love for his family spoke volumes of his genuine kindness and love for all that were in his life.
Fred was preceded in death by his parents and son-in-law, Todd Cornine.
He is survived by his wife, Lynette Argabright; his daughter, Stacey Molinaro, her husband, Ed and their children, Rich Czernaik, Dustin Molinaro, Emily Molinaro and great grandson, Brayden Czernaik; his daughter, Brandy Howard Cornine
and her children, Kay Lee Howard and Cole Cornine; his sister, Carolyn Polsley, her husband, Jim and their son, Brad Polsley.
There will be no services. A private family gathering will be held later this year.
