He leaves behind his beloved wife, Blanca Chavez, his daughters, Aurora Laura Chavez and Mia Margarita Chavez, and his son's, Juan Carlos Espinoza Cuellar, Antonio Ricardo Chavez, Osbaldo Ulises Espinoza Cuellar, Erick Osiel Espinoza Cuellar, Freddie Anthony Chavez Jr and Ruben Raphael Chavez . To them, he was more than just a husband and father – he was a source of strength, love, and unwavering support. His legacy of love and kindness will continue to live on through his family.

A funeral service to honor and remember Freddie's life will be held on August 8, 2024, at Las Vegas Cremations on Charleston Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada. The service will begin at 10:00 AM and conclude at 2:00 PM. It will be a time for family and friends to come together, share memories, and celebrate the beautiful life that Freddie lived.
