Frederick M Jensen, 88 died November 8, 2025, in Leonardville, KS. He was born on July 14, 1937, in Clay Center, the son of Romeo and Ruth (Lakin) Jensen. Fred was raised in Clay Center and was a graduate of Clay Center High School Class of 1957. Following high school, he served in the US Air Force. Fred married Sally Cowing on March 3, 1962. They celebrated 63 years together this year. Fred worked for Hankhammer Block plant for several years then spent 33 years at the Clay Center Light Plant before retiring. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Clay Center. Fred was preceded in death by his parents, step-father, Albert Pomeranz, brother, John Jensen, half-sisters, Evelyn Knudson, Judy Johnson and Kathy Wentz

Daughter: Sandy Bocanegra
Son: Jimmy Jensen
9 Grandchildren and 15 Great-grandchildren
