Frederick Massaro Obituary
Fred was born on March 30, 1946, in Wooster, to the late Richard "PayDay" and Anita (Ogden) Massaro, and graduated from Wooster High School in 1964, served in the United States Navy with a tour in Vietnam, and earned a bachelor's degree from The University of Akron.
He worked as a self-employed contractor for over 50 years and was a man of faith.
Surviving Frederick are his three grandchildren, Braden, Michael, and Joshua Massaro; a great grandchild; brother, Philip (Kay) Massaro; sister, Anita Jo (Cary) Bowman; numerous nieces and nephews; his special friend, Debra Webb; and his Uncle Benny.
In addition to his parents, Frederick was preceded in death by his son, Raphael James Massaro.
A private committal will take place at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman.
Auble Funeral Home in Orrville is handling the arrangements. Online registry and expressions of condolence may be made at www.aublefuneralhomes.com.
