Fred was a veteran of the US Marines. He worked with Bonded Maintenance for 10 years, then in maintenance with The Unified Prescott Valley Arizona School District prior to his retirement. Fred was a member of the VFW #470, Knights of St. John's and the South Erie Turners. He loved camping, jeeping, riding horses, astronomy, and was gifted in building home craft projects.
Fred is survived by his wife, Sharon Passamonte; two children, Marjo Passamonte and John Passamonte; two stepchildren, Tammy Matlak (Shannon) and Brett Matlak; one sister, Karen Passamonte; three grandchildren, Nikki (Erin) and Shawn Matlak and Alexus Hunter; two great-grandchildren; and dear friends, John and Stacy Mattson and Joe and Nancy Thorton.
At the family's request, private arrangements are being handled by the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. Condolences may be sent to www.dusckasfuneralhomes.com.
