Fritz Quinn Parman

Fritz Quinn Parman, III, of Jacksonville, FL died on Friday, October 29, 2021 at the age of 59. He was born in Jacksonville on April 5, 1962.
Fritz was a man who wore many hats and had many passions. He was a committed disciple of Jesus Christ and an incredible husband, father, uncle, and friend. He was "Bop," a doting grandfather to his seven grandchildren, a role that he absolutely relished and lived to the full. His grandchildren were the pride of his life. He was a coach, a leader, an inspiration to hundreds of people. Fritz was the owner of Big Chief Tire Company where served his entire career with absolute honor and integrity. He cared deeply for his employees and customers. He was a committed runner (did you know he was a runner?), always challenging himself and helping others in his beloved PRS Running Club, to achieve their goals in the sport he loved.
He was preceded in death by his father, Fritz Quinn Parman, Jr. and his mother, Patricia Toole.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 39 years, Vicki Atkinson Parman; children, Quinn Parman (Rachelle) of Chattanooga, TN, Reed Parman (Joy) of Jacksonville, Kelsey Roth (Jeremy) of St. Johns, FL, and Brandon and Allie Roth of St. Johns; grandchildren, Fritz and Mary Karis Parman of Chattanooga, Audrey, Sydney, and Kennedy Parman of Jacksonville, Maxwell Roth of St. Johns and Maddox Roth of St. Johns; step-mother, Sue Parman; siblings, Cindy Masters (Doug), Rob Parman (Michelle) and Jessi Pullen (Stephen) and 15 nieces and nephews.
The Parman/Roth family invite you to a visitation on Friday, November 5, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 11:00 a.m., both at Rise Church, 8081 Lenox Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32221. The family requests that all in attendance wear masks.
