Gabriel who was known by many as just Gabe, was born to Miranda Parker and Buddy Cook on November 25, 2005. As the second child, Gabriel entered the world already fearless and wild.
He demanded a spot in everyone's life and earned it wholeheartedly with his charm and smile. When Gabriel was younger he enjoyed playing with his brothers, family, pets, and spending time with his grandparents and friends. Every day he woke up with a smile and ready to start the day. As Gabriel grew up, he defined what a man should be. He worked hard, loved hard, and played hard. He seized every moment life offered him, never taking advantage.
He fell in love with his best friend Neveah Little when he was only 15 and they planned to wed and start a family. Gabriel would later be elated to learn he would be a father. His greatest wish was to be a man everyone could be proud of. Gabriel, though was too young, accomplished many goals in life. He was a jack of all trades. Gabriel started a journey into mechanics with his dad, Chris Parker and later went on to learn construction and concrete. Gabriel was fierce and vivacious. He was always curious and eager to learn more. He greeted life with a smirky smile and there's no way to explain his attitude other than just calling it Gabe. He set himself apart from the world with just being him. He will forever be the greatness known as Gabe!
Gabriel is survived by his wife, Nevaeh Parker and unborn child, George Gabriel Obadiyah Parker; his father and mother, Chris and Miranda Parker; biological Dad, Buddy Cook and wife Wendy Cook; brothers, Hunter Parker, Israel Cook, Nolan Parker, and Joseph Applebee; and sister, Raven. Gabriel is also survived by his grandparents, George and Mary Saunders, Chris and Sheryl Genenbacher, and Arlene Loveall; extended family; and friends, Kameron McAlister, Austin Bickerman, Axton Myers, and many more.
A beautiful life gone with no words to express, Gabriel Obadiyah Parker will truly be missed.
Visitation will be held from 10 am to 1 pm on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at the Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home in Shelbina, MO. Funeral services will begin at 1 pm on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Shelbina Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Baby Gabe Fund.
