Gail Cook, age 84, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2024, surrounded by her family.
She was an active member of Tucker First United Methodist Church and dedicated servant to her family, her church, and the community she loved.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held in her honor on October 20, 2024, at 3PM at Tucker First United Methodist Church, 5095 LaVista Rd, Tucker, GA 30084.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to the charity of your choice.
Gail is survived by her husband of 64 years, James H. Cook, Jr.; her daughters, Sheri (David) Brown and Michelle (David) Wurst; her grandchildren, James (Ashley) Heaton, Jason Knight, Jennifer (Bryce) Burrell, Jessica (Neil) van Tonder, Jonathan Wurst, and Kathryn Wurst; her great-grandson, Rory Heaton; her former son-in-law, Jimmy (Karla) Heaton; and her sister-in-law, Dody Baker. She was predeceased by her daughter, Pamela Heaton, her brother, Lewis Baker, Jr., and her parents, Lewis and Bernice Baker.
