Gail Brownlee Garnand, age 72 of Eutaw, passed away on March 1, 2024. Services will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 3:00 pm at Magnolia Chapel South with Rev. Carl Sudduth officiating and Magnolia Chapel South directing. Burial will follow at Mesopotamia Cemetery in Eutaw. Visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
She is preceded in death by her husbands; Joe Leavelle, Jr. and Mike Garnand, her parents; Everett and Roverta Brownlee and her niece Farrah Brownlee Rollings.
She is survived by her brother; "Buddy" Everett Brownlee, Jr. (Carolyn) of Eutaw, stepson; Dan Garnand (Mary) of Eutaw, step daughter; Valerie Sellers (Lin) of Northport, grandchildren; James Garnand, Cole Sellers, and Marianna Sellers, nieces; Tiffany Cross of Northport, and Jennifer Rigby of Talladega, special cousins; Carl Sudduth (Gretchen) and LeeAnn McFeely (Brian), along with a host of other friends and extended family members.
Honorary pallbearers are the Staff of The Landing of Northport.
Pallbearers will be Bennie Abrams, Harold Clayton, Bill Mayo, Cole Sellers, James Garnand, and Guy Pearce.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to St. Jude’s of Alabama.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
