Gary Abbott Obituary

Gary was born on June 25, 1959, in Concord, NH, the son of the late Harold Abbott and Margret (Baker) Abbott.
Gary worked as a foreman for Epoch Homes for over 18 years. Gary had a heart of gold and an unwavering dedication to his family. He was a very skilled craftsman who enjoyed tinkering and working on the yard. Gary also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and going on adventures with his wife Deb. He had an off-kilter sense of humor that was enjoyed by everyone.
Gary is survived by his wife Deborah Abbott; his son Dylan Abbott; his daughter Sheila Abbott; step-daughter Alyssa Zuill and her husband Zack; grandchildren Harper, Aurora, Delilah, Johnathan, Penelope "Penny"; brothers Edward Abbott and his wife Sandy, Michael Abbott and his wife Melissa; sisters Sandra Chalifor, Ann Foss and her husband David, Cheryl Dufield and her husband Ray, and Brenda DuVerger; sister-in-law Deborah Ward Abbott; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Gary is predeceased by his brothers Harold E. Abbott, John R. Abbott, Ronnie Abbott, and brother-in-law DuVerger.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 12:00pm-4:00pm at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1670, 143 Court Street, Laconia, NH.
Who those who wish, memorial donations in Gary's name may be made to Lakes Region Visiting Nurse Association, 186 Waukewan Street, Meredith, NH 03253.
