Gary Hoffman Obituary
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on September 27, 2023 at 7:00 PM at Alexandria First Baptist Church, located at 2107 South Park Avenue, Alexandria, Indiana 46001. Prior to the service, visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
Dr. Hoffman attended Winchester Community High School, Ball State University, and Palmer College.
He worked for Hoffman Chiropractic.
To honor Dr. Hoffman's memory, donations can be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
