Gary Harrison Maul

Gary Harrison Maul, 82, of Ocala, Florida, passed away August 21st, 2025 at West Marion Community Hospital. Gary was born in Reading, PA on November 2, 1942, son of the late Benjamin and Violet Maul. He graduated from Governor Mifflin High School in 1960, attended Elizabethtown College, then served in the US Navy. After his discharge from the Navy, Gary worked as a computer technician for 30 years at IBM Corporation and then as a Manager at Distributed Systems Services for 10 years. After retirement, Gary wanted to move where the weather was warm so Florida it was. Gary loved Golfing and traveling with his wife Pat and his family. Gary played football in high school and loved watching it. He was a dedicated fan of PENN STATE and THE PHILADELPHIA EAGLES. Gary will always be remembered as being loving and easy-going, who would do anything in the world for you. He is loved very much by his family and friends. Gary is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Patricia A Maul; daughters Donna Whitmoyer (Butch), Debbie Marchetta (Drew) Grandchildren; Dan Whitmoyer (Allie), Anna Marchetta, Olivia Marchetta Great Grandchildren; Baxter, Patrick and Samual Whitmoyer; Gary is also survived by his brother Rodney Maul (Christine) and Sister Janice Kraft (Gary) and is a beloved Uncle to his nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents.
