Kevin Donovan Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
Born on July 6th, 1943, Kevin was born in New York City, New York to John and Mary A. Altfillisch Donovan. He attended North Miami Beach High School, graduating with his class before going on to serve his country as a member of the United States Army's Military Police (MP) unit.
After honorably serving his country, Kevin left the army and had short career in law enforcement and eventually transitioned into a successful career in insurance investigations and adjusting, where he spent over 40 years, including 22 years as a small business owner.
Kevin loved all things Corvette and was a lifelong Miami Dolphins fan (through every up and down).
Kevin is survived by his loving family: sons Michael Sean Donovan (wife Ronda) and Matthew Trent Donovan (wife Laura); grandchildren Trent Donovan, Kevin Donovan II, Addison Donovan, and Lily Donovan; and brothers John A. Donovan and Jeffrey Donovan.
A memorial service will be held at Roberts of Ocala, West Chapel on November 16th, 2025, at 1:00pm with a light reception to follow.
