Gary Shea Obituary
Gary and his wife were well known for playing Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus for charities and social events. He was also an avid bowler.
He was predeceased by his wife Kathleen Clayton-Shea in 2025, two brothers, Jack and Walter, two nephews, Dan Smiles and Keith Huebsch; and a niece Stephanie.
Surviving are his siblings, Susan Tykot, Connie Smiles, and Raymond Shea and his wife Cindy; three nieces, Theresa, Cathy Bloodgood, and Jennifer Horton, two nephews, Kenny Huebsch and Alan Shea; great nieces, Jamie, Kira, Tessa, Melyssa; and a great nephew, Bryant Horton, Jr.
The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 2 to 4 p.m. A funeral service will be held during the viewing at 3:30
