Gary Thompson Obituary

Gary Michael Thompson was born in Nashville TN to Margaret Davy Thompson and Herman Eugene Thompson. He graduated from McGavock High School. Baseball was a big part of his younger life. Golf, guns, and hunting were his sports later. Gary enjoyed watching football, especially UT. His annual golfing trip to Myrtle Beach with his golf buddies was the highlight of every year. He worked as a Route Salesman for Colonial Bread for more than 20 years.
Gary is survived by his dogs Gizmo and Rip, brother-in-law Barry Holland, nieces and nephews Stacie Berry, Brian (Megan) Holland, Philip Holland, and Victoria (Davis) Harrison, great-nieces and great-nephews Aiden Woods, Emma Kate Holland, and Maddox Holland, and special friends Angie Mason and Anna Wahl. He is preceded in death by his parents Margaret and Herman Thompson, sister Debbie Holland, brother Jeff Thompson, and nephew Davy Thompson.
