Gavin Anthony Reed, 24, of Adrian, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at his home. Services will be held on Wednesday, October 01, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Optimist Building in Adrian, Missouri, with a visitation beforehand from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. In honor of Gavin's passion for art and books, memorial contributions may be made to the Corey Lee Urie Memorial Fund.

Gavin was born on December 5, 2000, to Randy Reed and Heather (Pasteur) Price in Clinton, MO. He grew up in Adrian and graduated from Adrian High School, with the Class of 2019 (Go Blackhawks!). Gavin was involved with youth and school sports alongside many of his friends, especially enjoying football and track. He was also a very talented artist who loved sharing his masterpieces. Gavin loved reading, writing, and researching, mainly so he could be right when a debate occurred. He loved playing video games and was a member of a Dungeons and Dragons club for many years. Gavin will be remembered for his compassion for others, genuine kindness, and altogether witty personality.

Gavin is survived by his father, Randy (Tina) Reed, of Adrian, MO; mother, Heather (Randy) Price, of Grain Valley, MO; siblings: Bailey (Maverick Greer) Reed, Austin (Selah) Price, Adam Price, Zhynlee Reed, Zhava Reed, and Zheklan Reed. Gavin also remains loved by grandparents, Bill & Robin Reed; nephews, Waylon & Wryder Greer; and many aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.
