Gayle worked for the Health Department until she retired in Volusia County, FL. She loved animals, eating at restaurants and having her family come visit her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dollie Murman Smith and Kenneth Smith, of Flagler Beach, FL; her grandson, Christopher Bush; and her best friend, Lynda Lignelle.
She is survived by her son, Michael Christopher Bush (Debra Kay Bush); her granddaughters, Amanda Preis, Bridget Moseley (Scott) and Regina Scott; her grandson, Troy Wooten (Shane); her many great & great great grandchildren; and all of her loving extended family.
