Born on February 1, 1943, in Garnett, Kansas, Gene was the son of Horce and Dorothy (Herrington) Beauchamp. He pursued a career in pharmacy, dedicating himself to the profession through eight years of rigorous education. His commitment to his field reflected a strong sense of responsibility and care for others.
Throughout his life, Gene found joy in the simple pleasures. He had a particular fondness for iris flowers, drawn to their beauty and variety. Fishing was another passion that brought him peace and fulfillment over the years.
He is remembered by his daughter, Michelle Terrell, and his son, David Beauchamp, grandchildren, and great grandchild.
A memorial visitation will be held at Walnut Lawn Funeral Home on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 9:00 AM.
May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
