Born March 14, 1931; Died December 19, 2022 at the age of 91. Loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved to sew, knit, and had traveled to numerous countries and states. She loved quilting, and bowling on several teams, as well as playing cards and playing cribbage. She also loved meeting for dinner every Friday night at the Moose Lodge for fish fries.
Survived by Gary & Dawn Hoes, daughters Rebecca & Luke Paiser, Kristine & Micheal Nooyen and great-grandsons Colt & Cooper. Harvey & Dionne Hoes, daughter Holly & Steven Ellison, and Hunter Hoes.
Proceeded in death by Rodger Hoes, Roger Choate (her second husband whom she lived in Hawaii for 14 years with), one son, Donald J. Hoes, parents, 5 brothers, and 5 sisters, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She will sadly missed by family and friends!

A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, January 5, from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Pfotenhauer Funeral Home, Howard (1145 Cardinal Lane). A memorial service will immediately follow. Online condolences are welcome at www.PfotenhauerFuneralHome.com.
