Geneva Harrill

HARRILL, ANNIS GENEVA, 97, of Madisonville, widow of G.H. Harrill, passed away Thursday evening, November 4, 2021 at Sweetwater Hospital. Geneva was the daughter of the late Rev. J.W. and Vira Watson Newman. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Madisonville, Order of the Eastern Star, Madisonville Chapter # 426 and was retired from the Monroe County school system. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Huey Harrill; great-granddaughter, Maddie Harrill and a brother, Cecil Newman. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Jimmy and Kim Harrill, Jerry and Joy Harrill, Don and Becky Harrill, all of Madisonville; grandchildren, Melanie Harrill Britton, Jamie and Christina Harrill, Jeremy and Mary Harrill; great-grandchildren, Jacob, Joe and Josh Britton, Nick and Alex Harrrill and Gracie Harrill; special friend, Dana Belcher. Graveside service and interment 1:30 p.m. Monday in Haven Hill Memorial Gardens with Dr. Lon Shoopman officiating. The family will receive friends 12-1 p.m. Monday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
