Geo Barry Moron

Geo Barry Moron 59, of Tobyhanna passed away suddenly on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at his home in Tobyhanna.

Geo was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti on August 10, 1966, a son of the late Marcel Moron and Marie Moron of Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Geo attended high school and served his country in the United States Marine Corps. Following the Military service, he made a life with his wife and children, with family and friends.

Geo was of Christian faith. He was a man with many talents and passions. He was a gifted writer, master of ceremonies, barber, cook, builder, musician, DJ, and radio host. Although he attended cooking school, his expertise in construction was entirely self-taught. His skills spanned carpentry, electrical work, tiling, and all aspects of construction. This diverse knowledge led him to open his own successful construction business, G.B.M Custom Home Renovation of Tobyhanna. With a relentless drive and determination, Geo demonstrated time and time again that there was no challenge he couldn't overcome. Geo enjoyed cooking and sharing meals, and spending time with his family and friends. Known for his friendly nature, Geo loved to make people laugh and smile. He will be remembered and missed for the joy he brought to those around him

Surviving in addition to his mother, is his current wife, Muriel Moron, former wife, Anissa Andrews, children, Jacquelyn Morone, Clyde Moron, Mariel Anglade, Kenneth Moron, and Princess Williams, siblings, Patrick Moron, Colette Fontaine, Karine Moron, and Chantal Moron, 4 grandchildren, Devin Moron, Novalee Moron, Aaliyah Evely, and Zeina Moron, extended family members, and friends.

A service in his honor will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00P.M. in the Yanac Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc. 35 Sterling Road, Mount Pocono. His funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 P.M.
