Georganne L. Beecher, age 75 of Ashland, WI passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at Essentia Health - St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth, MN. Georganne was born on January 18, 1950 in Ashland, the daughter of Les and Helen (Papadakis) Beecher.
Georganne worked as a bookkeeper for CESA 12 for many years. She also volunteered her time with The Brick, and was a proud member of the Eileen Area Historical Society. She was very outgoing and loved her TV shows, music, genealogy, and watching the Green Bay Packers play football.
Georganne is survived by her son, Joseph Beecher of Ashland; sisters, Kathi Bragdon of Springtown, TX, Mary Beecher of Springtown, TX and Krisann (Peter) Firth of Federal Way, WA; brother-in-law, Raymond Gregor, Sr. of Ashland, WI; close cousin, Linda Beecher of Washburn, WI; many nieces, nephews, friends, and her dog, Pearl.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister, Jovanna Gregor.
A Funeral Service for Georganne will be held at 11:00 o'clock, Saturday, February 8, 2025 at the Mountain Funeral Home in Ashland, WI with Fr. Jerome D'Souza as officiant.
A visitation will begin at 10:00 o'clock on Saturday at the Funeral Home and continue until the hour of service.
Interment will follow the service in Mount Hope Cemetery, in Ashland.
