George Henderson Obituary
Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Rd. (beltway exit 26), on Tuesday, March 12th, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Church of the Nativity, on Wednesday, March 13th, at 11 AM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org.

George H. was an Excellent man! He helped many young men to become a better man and pro-baseball players. I was one of those men. George was from the South Baltimore (now Federal Hill area). George's sports history in the Baltimore area is NOT forgotten. Ask anyone who played 16-19 baseball in Baltimore. George threw no curve balls - only straight pitches.

George was a wonderful man ....loved by all ...our neighbor in Rodgers Forge ...he always had a big smile every time one saw him.....he and Sue were the perfect couple and we loved both of them .....George will truly be missed ...our love and condolences to his family.

I grew up down the street and I have fond memories of "Mr. Henderson's" jovial personality. He was always welcoming and had a friendly smile. You couldn't help but to feel happy around him. We will miss him.
