George Hess Obituary

He was born July 23, 1962, in Marietta, Ohio, the son of the late Albert Eugene Hess and
Grace L. Hess Green. He was a Veteran, a Maintenace technician, he was a member of Albany Amvets
Post 93, and 76 Riders Athens Post
He is survived by children Jess (Dea) Hess of McArthur, Brianna (Dwight) Wollett of
New Marshfield, and Shane Hess of Albany; 4 grandchildren Mikayla, Cyera and Hope Wollett
and Hunter Hess; a brother Albert Hess of Albany; his significant other Laurie Palmer.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by stepfather Coy Green, siblings
Paul, Robert, Jay, Jack Hess, Vivian Gaston, Joann Penrod, Bruce and Mike Fields.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements were completed by
Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home. you may sign his register book at www.bigonyjordanfuneralhome.com

Hess worked on the side for many years with my grandpa. I´ve known him since then as a little girl and he later in life was my maintenance man for my rental. He was a hard working man and knew many of tricks to fix stuff! R.I.P Hess I´m sorry this had to happen to you but, you´re not suffering now! Praying for his gf! Krist
