George Lawver Obituary

George was born January 23, 1956 in Ashland, Wisconsin, son of Melvin and Ethel (Poppe) Lawver. He graduated from Mellen High School, Mellen, Wisconsin.
He loved the rodeo and spending time outdoors hunting, fishing and gardening. He also loved spending time with his grandchildren.
George is survived by his wife of 47 years, Jeannine Lawver of Rickardsville; two sons, Brandon of Marion, Iowa and Neil (Alyssa) of Rickardsille; grandchildren, Clara, Damon, and William; mother in law, Evelyn Gurske of Rickardsville; brother in law, Jay Gurske of Holy Cross, and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Damon; and father in law, William Gurske.
