George Steven "Baby George" Macias III

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of George Steven Macias III, who departed this world far too soon on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at the young age of 18. Born on May 8, 2007, in San Antonio, Texas, George was the beloved son of George Steven Macias Jr. and Betsabeth Vallecillo.
Affectionately known as "Baby George," he was a bright light in the lives of all who knew him. A student of Triumph Public School, George was set to graduate with the Class of 2026 from Lanier High School. He was full of promise, ambition, and kindness-someone who made a lasting impression with his humor, warmth, and loving spirit.
A natural protector, George was devoted to his siblings and cherished his family deeply. He found joy in the little things-spending time with his friends, laughing, joking, and bringing smiles to those around him. His passions included gaming-particularly Call of Duty and Fortnite-and watching anime, where he found a world of imagination and connection.
George's legacy is one of love, laughter, and loyalty. Though his time on this earth was brief, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
He will be profoundly missed by his parents, George Steven Macias Jr., & Betsabeth Vallecillo, sisters, Serenity Sky Macias, Alejandra Martinez, Abrianna Martinez, Natalie Martinez, Addie Martinez; brother, Malaki Martinez, maternal grandmother, Filomena Mendoza, paternal grandmother, Nancy Trejo; great-grandparents, Maryjane Trejo and Brigido Trejo; aunt, Merina Macias and extended family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
