George Colin Smiley

George Colin Smiley, born on the 21st of February, 1949, in Wichita Falls, Texas, passed away peacefully at his residence in Odessa, Texas, on the 12th of April, 2025. He was a man of adventure and intellect, whose loving nature touched the lives of many around him.
