Georgine H. Westveer

Westveer, Georgine H. - Age 89, of Fenton, passed away July 18, 2023. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday July 24 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton, Pastor Peter Ahlersmeyer officiating. (The funeral service may be viewed by livestream at Mrs. Westveer's page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com). Interment in Ortonville Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6-8 PM Sunday July 23, and 10 AM until the time of the funeral at 11 AM on Monday July 24. Those desiring may make contributions to the charity of their choice.
Georgine was born September 28, 1933 the daughter of George and Oril (Whitney) Austin. She was employed by several financial business's retiring from the State Bank Fenton Branch with over 20 years of service. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Fenton. Surviving are: her sister Beth Ann (Richard) Raleigh of Fenton; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Ray Westveer; and siblings, Donna Chandler and Don Austin.
