Gerald W "Bill" Fisher,

entered eternal life on October 24, 2025. He was born December 20, 1947, to Mildred and Leonard Fisher the last of ten children. Survivors include sister Grace Daniel of Wichita, brother Michael Fisher of Linwood Kansas, George Fisher of Winifred Montana, plus numerous nieces and nephews. Bill graduated from Kapaun High School in 1965, and joined the US Navy, January 1968. He served aboard of the USS Kittyhawk until discharged November 1971. Bill Worked several food service jobs before joining Eby Construction, USD 259 food service dept. and Robert Dole VA Hospital maintenance. Lifetime member of Christ the King Parish where he helped at various positions. Bill enjoyed cooking, playing cards, golf and taking care of his various rescue dogs. Mass will be held at 10:00 am Thursday November 6, 2025, at Christ the King Catholic Church, 4411 W Maple St., Wichita, Kansas, graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm at The Kansas Veterans Cemetery, 1208 N.
