MANTUA - Gerald (Jerry) L. Robinson, 79, died November 14, 2025.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, February 26, 1946, he was a resident of Mantua since 1975. Jerry had been employed with Whitlatch, retiring in 2005.
He grew up in a little town called Geauga Lake. Jerry loved reminiscing about living there and working at the Geauga Lake Amusement Park, his first job.
He enjoyed woodworking and could fix just about any older car, collecting stamps, being a member of the North Coast PT Cruiser Club, and listening to old radio programs, including “The Shadow” and “The Lone Ranger.”
Preceded in death by his parents, Harlan and Florence Robinson; half-brother, Ronald Robinson, and his sister, Barbara Wolgamuth.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Jan Robinson; daughter, Jennifer Blankenship; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, with one on the way, and his sister, Carol Kilroy.
Visitation will be held 4 to 6 PM, Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, 44224.
