Gerald Wallace Obituary
Jerry graduated from Lincoln High School in 1968 and went on to build a successful career as a construction superintendent. He retired from Lang Construction after many years of dedicated service.
Jerry was an avid Budweiser collector-his entire basement proudly displayed his extensive collection. He also enjoyed NASCAR, woodworking, and traveling. Above all else, he cherished time spent with his family and friends. He is remembered as a loving husband, dad, grandpa, and friend.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy; sons Tony Wallace of Chula Vista, CA and Jeff Wallace of Fort Worth, TX; daughter Karissa Wallace of Des Moines, IA; step-son Ryan Fincel and his wife Tina of Waukee, IA; and grandchildren Brandon, John, Heather, Harley, Luke, and Eli. Jerry is also survived by his sister Linda Caraway of Des Moines.
He was preceded in death by his step-daughter Cortney McConkey, his parents, and his sister Sandy.
