Geraldine Vedros Adams

Geraldine Vedros Adams, 85, a native and resident of Lockport, LA, passed away on Monday, October 2, 2023.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Monday, October 9, 2023 at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church, Raceland, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 with burial to follow in Holy Savior Cemetery, Lockport, LA.
She is survived by her by her daughters, Perserpia Clark, Janel Chiasson (Terry), Penny Fanguy (Tommy); sons, Richard "Dickie" Adams, Jr. (Angela) and Kirk Adams; grandchildren, Duane Clark, B.J. Clark (Starla), Ben Chiasson (Michelle), Jennifer Thibodaux (Joseph), Jeremy Chiasson (Heather), Betsy Chiasson, Nick Adams (Wendy), Dominique Adams, Justin Adams, Jordan and Jonathan Fanguy; great grandchildren, Jake and Jaycie Thibodaux, Bethani, Nathan, Elise Chiasson, Matt LeBlanc, Peyton, Anthony, Jayden, Noah Chiasson, Braylon Clark, Allie Clark, Wyatt Adams, Lennon and Diem Adams, Chance and Christian Adams; sister, Paulette Pitre and furbaby, Jean-Paul.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Adams, Sr.; parents, Horace and Bertha Boudreaux Vedros; brothers, Chester, Lester and Jerry Vedros; grandson, Brandon Clark; son-in-law, Bobby Clark; daughter-in-law Andre' Adams and furbaby, Pierre.
The family would like to thank her caregivers and Haydel Memorial Hospice for their care. Special thanks to Marylis for her love to our mom and her support to the family during this difficult time.
In lieu of flowers, Masses or donations to Holy Savior Church in her name are preferred.
