Geraldine A. Ensor, 71, of Andover, IL, passed away Friday December 6, 2024, at her home.
Per her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. Esterdahl Funeral Home, Orion, is assisting the family.
Geraldine was born on December 6, 1953, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the daughter of Gerald and Nancy O’Brien. She married James Ensor Sr., and they later divorced. She later met Robert Nicholson. Geraldine had been employed at the former Heartland Health Care Center in Moline. She enjoyed making homemade meals for her family and creating gifts for those she loved. She kept her faith in the Lord and in all His plans. She loved her children and grandchildren with all her heart. Geraldine was the glue that held her family together and she will be missed.
She is survived by her brother, Gerald (Kim) O'Brien; children, James “Monkey” Ensor, Jr. (Tiffany), Cash “Mo” Ensor (Micah), Amber “Missy” Ensor (former spouse Chris Nelson), Ivory “Rell” Korth (William), Robert “Boo” Nicholson and Jonathan “Jonny boy” Nicholson (Leah); her grandchildren, James III, Caleb, Dorian, Jace, Fisher, Alivia, Tiffany, Kaden, Attley, Mollie, Zander, Kinzleigh, Ireland, Rynna; grandpups, Luna, Cuda, Tao and Prudence; grandcat, Nala.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Kathy and Lady; brother, Patrick, and her beloved dog, Lucy.
