Gerry was such a wonderful friend and cousin. I count myself very blessed to have known her. We shared a passion for genealogy. And she was definitely the expert on her branch. She wrote up a book on the Humphries family which is in the Clarksville LIbrary. I will be sure to make a donation in her honor and will try to post updates to her book as well. We had big plans to update it and reprint it. She welcomed me into the family without reservations. She shared a lot of the family history and anecdotes with me and took the time to also show me where my great grandfather (William Isaac) lived and where his land was. In short, she welcomed me into the family without reservations. She was very special to me and I miss her tremendously. Rest in peace, Gerry.
