Geraldine Stone Obituary
Geraldine Stone of Kerhonkson, NY passed away at home on Tuesday, April 12, 2022. She was 79 years old. Geraldine was born on May 4, 1942 in Passaic, NJ; she was the daughter of the late Nata Paterno and Anthony Zolea.
Geraldine had worked as an Administrative Assistant for New York State Department of Corrections for approximately 30 years. In her down time, she enjoyed traveling.
Geraldine is survived by her daughters, Valerie Sutton and her husband Shannon and Nadine Carney and her husband Michael; grandchildren, Nicholas Douglas, Tristan Sutton and Brendan Carney; her dear friend and longtime companion, John Serhan as well as many cousins.
Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 24th from 12:00 to 2:00 pm with a Celebration of her immediately following at Humiston Funeral Home, Kerhonkson.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Geraldine’s name to the Kerhonkson-Accord First Aid Squad, PO Box 67, Kerhonkson, NY 12446 or the Kerhonkson Fire Co., PO Box 62, Kerhonkson, NY 12446.
