Gerard was survived by his son, Don Brewer, and daughter, Rebecca Roggenkamp. He is also survived by nephew Gregory Verheeck, niece Toni Marie Verheeck, and sister-in-law Toni Verheeck and grandchildren Georgia, Brittney and Tanner. His family will remember him for his zest for life. Gerard found joy in his hobbies, particularly golfing and tennis. He also had a love for animals.
A memorial service will be held on January 5, 2026, at 12:00 PM at St Johns Family Funeral Home and Crematory, located at 385 State Road 207, Saint Augustine, FL 32084. Friends and family are invited to celebrate the life of Gerard E. Verheeck, sharing memories of his kindness, talent, and the unforgettable moments he created throughout his life.
Gerard was preceded in death by: Father, Gerard Verheeck, Sr, Mother, Ethel Verheeck, and Brother, Gregory Verheeck Sr
