Gilbert Kibby Obituary
Gilbert Kibby, 90, beloved Father, Grandfather,Great Grandfather,and Spouse was called to his eternal resting place on January 15, 2025. He entered this world on August 16, 1934 in Youngstown, OH, born to Ellsworth and Catherine Kibby. He enjoyed Wood Working and was very proud of his mission trio to Guatemala. However most important was to spend time with his family.
He is survived by his son Mark (Lori) Kibby ; daughter Lynne (Charlie) Halverstadt; and son Tim Kibby, 7 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. His wife Jean of 60 yrs and son Larry Kibby were waiting for him in heaven.
A funeral service will be held at Brown Funeral Home in Salem on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 3:00 PM. A time of gathering will take place the hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Boardman, Ohio. Friends and family may send condolences and sign the guest register online at www.BrownFHonline.com. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, Salem Chapel (330) 337-6363.
