October 4, 1933 - January 30, 2026
Glen was preceded in death by his loving wife, Charlotte I. Dormer; parents, John and Frances Dormer; sisters, Virginia (Tom) Roller, Lucille (Kenneth) Beetem; brother, Delmar Dormer; nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his sons, Steve and Kevin (Peggy) Dormer; grandson, Bradley Dormer; brother, John (Marcia) Dormer; and many nieces, nephews and family and close friends.
GRAVESIDE SERVICE to be held on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 11 a.m., at Cedar Dale Cemetery with Military Honors.

Glen and my dad were brothers who kept in contact all their lives. They were two of a kind and they passed away on the same date, at nearly the same time. Glen was a legacy; kind soul with a warm smile and a generous heart. Rest in peace.

Glen was in the military when I was a young boy and he was stationed in Darmstadt, Germany. While there, he purchased a jacket for me that had a map of Germany and cities on the back. His wife Charlotte always sent greeting cards to Dorothy, my mother-in-law. After Charlotte passed away, Glen continued to send cards to Dorothy. She told me they were the nicest cards. He was thoughtful like that. Glen was a big Nebraska fan and loved all Nebraska sports, especially football. When visiting Nebraska, we tried to include a Husker football home game. I had to practically drag Glen out of the stadium. He did not want to leave! Rest in peace my beloved brother. You will always live on in my mind and in my heart. Words alone cannot express how much Marcia and I will miss you.
