Glen D. Langston, 69, of Paris, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2008, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Mr. Langston, the son of Louie & Wren Harrington Langston, was born Nov. 26, 1938, in Ringold, OK. He married Thelma Richardson on March 10, 1962. She preceded him in death on Dec. 13, 1997. He was also preceded in death by his parents and four brothers, J. D., Jimmy, Herman and G. B. He worked a number of years for Ground Brothers Dairy in DeSoto & for the City of DeSoto before he & his family moved to Paris in 1986. He then began work for Groundcrest Farms and owned & operated a lawn service. He was a member of The Cowboy Church. Survivors include a daughter, Kim Langston of Paris, a son, Mike Langston of Paris, four sisters, Bea Billy of Roxton, Birdie Childers of Durant, OK, Doris Humphreys of Colbert, OK, and Linda Schults of Denison, two brothers, Alvin Langston of Abbott and Chuck Langston of Durant, OK, along with numerous nieces, nephews & a host of friends.
