Mullins Sr., and Barbara Cooper (Crisp); Uncles, Red, Johnny, Willis, and David Mullins; Aunt, Nancy Chapman. Survived by son, Zachary (Kristi) Mullins; grandchildren, Delaney and Asher; mother, Brenda Mullins; siblings, Kimberly Pope, Charlie (Tonya) Pope, Lorie McQuirt, and Jamie (Rich) Martin; Uncles, Miles (Phyllis) Mullins and Aunt Lorane (James) Wright; numerous nieces and nephews and many beloved cousins in Kentucky and extended family in Mansfield, Ohio. Final resting place Obetz Cemetery. Arrangements with GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., Columbus, Ohio 43207.
